Next it’s on to the beautiful Harrisburg Ballroom for a truly remarkable dining experience of six lavish stations featuring the freshest, seasonal ingredients available in the state. Reception – Strawberry Square Atrium, 5pm We start the evening in the beautiful Strawberry Square Atrium with a bountiful display of hor d‘oeuvres featuring artisan chesses, exotic mushrooms and the finest seasonal vegetables and fruits and locally raised meats. Also enjoy samplings from several Pennsylvania wineries, and craft beers from Tröegs Brewing Company. We’ll have live music, an auction and a brief program. Dinner – Harrisburg Ballroom, Hilton Harrisburg, 6:30pm The evening continues in the Harrisburg Ballroom where a stunning dinner feast awaits, featuring a custom-designed menu of the best foods produced in Pennsylvania. Enjoy the sumptuous menu at five unique dining stations. Again the menu will feature locally grown and raised fruits, vegetables, meats and beverages. The evening will conclude with a sweet ending dessert buffet. Dinner Tickets are $75 and include the reception and dinner.
