For registration rates, please

Whether you register and submit
payment online, or via surface mail, we will send you a
confirmation letter along with information, if
applicable, regarding any Pre-Conference track or the
Future Farmer program you have registered for. All
registrants who provide an email address will receive an
electronic confirmation. Please note, pre-registration
closes for the conference on January 31. All
registrations after January 31 will be assessed an
additional $25 “walk-in” fee. Some Pre-Conference tracks
and conference meals may be sold out.
Important
Dates
- An Early
Bird Discount of $10 applies to registrations
postmarked by January 10, 2010.
- Regular
registration rates apply for registrations
postmarked between January 11–23, 2010.
- A $15 Late
Registration Surcharge applies to all registrations
postmarked on or after January 24, 2010.
- Those
wishing to register after January 31, 2010 may do so
at the conference center. A $25 walk-in fee will be
added to on-site registrations.
Cancellation
Policy
An $18 processing fee will be charged per person for
each cancellation up to January 15, 2010. Between
January 16–31, cancellations will be refunded 50% of
amount paid. No refunds will be given after February 1.
Returned checks will be charged a $20 processing fee
plus bank costs.

On Thursday, February 4, lunch will
be provided for children in the Kids and Youth
programs. Parents are responsible for providing meals
to children in the Babysitting program all three days.
Use the Conference Meals section of the registration
form to purchase lunch and dinner tickets for children
participating in any Friday and Saturday Future Farmers
programming.
Future Farmers Age Requirements:
Babysitting: 18 months to 4 years old
Kids: 5 years old by September 1, 2009 through Grade 5
Youth: Grades 6-8
