We are offering over 100 workshops about fruits, vegetables, poultry, livestock, business planning, policy advocacy and a whole host of other topics. Attendees do not need to pre-register for individual sessions as workshops are included in the main conference registration. Once you check in at registration, you are free to attend any of the Friday or Saturday sessions that pique your interest on the days for which you have registered (Friday Only, Friday and Saturday, or Saturday Only).
This year, we are introducing workshop threads, a series of workshops around a particular topic. You'll notice our series on Value-Added Dairy, Good Food Neighborhood (GFN) and PA Certified Organic (PCO). These threads are loose collections around certain topics, so pick and choose from them as best fits your educational needs. Special thanks to GFN and PCO for helping to develop their threads. To learn more about them, visit their booths in the TradeShow!
