Registration & Confirmation
Help PASA save valuable resources and register online at www.pasafarming.org. Once you are registered online or via surface mail and payment is received and processed, you will be supplied a confirmation letter along with info on the Pre-Conference and/or “Future Farmers” program if applicable. All online registrants will receive their confirmation electronically, and surface mail registrants are invited to check the box on the registration form indicating willingness to receive confirmation materials electronically. Also please note, pre-registration for the conference closes on Sunday, January 28th. People wishing to register for the conference after that date are welcome to register onsite as a “walk-in.” Some Thursday tracks and meals may be sold out and might not be available for walk-in registration. Walk-in registrants will be charged an additional $10 fee.

Accommodations & Directions
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Penn Stater Conference Center for our group. Reservations must be made by January 3rd to guarantee a room at the special PASA Conference rate. Call 800-233-7505 and ask for a room in block PAA0127. Rooms sell out quickly, so be sure to book early!
Here are Directions to the Conference Center and other Area Lodging options for your convenience. Directions to the Ag Arena.

Ride & Room Share
Are you driving to the conference with extra seats in your vehicle? Help make Farming for the Future greener by traveling with your neighbors. Build community and conserve gasoline! There is a way to share lodging too. Local Heroes — why not offer a guest room in your home? Or out-of-towners — you can find hotel roommates for your stay during the conference. Visit
www.SpaceShare.com/pasa for detailed information to be more efficient with your lodging bill and fuel use. PASA is excited to make the SpaceShare network available, creating one more way to be sustainable.

Keeping Rates Affordable for Farmers
The PASA staff, board, and volunteer committee have worked diligently to keep conference rates affordable, but we continue to see expenses associated with conference planning increase. In an effort to keep the conference affordable for our members and sustainable for the organization, we seek Sponsors and Friends of the Conference to help out each year.

PASA is pleased to announce that with our growing Brownback Memorial Scholarship Fund, we gave 30 scholarships to developing farmers for the 2006 Conference.

For Our Farmers:
We’re also continuing to look for new ways to enable the largest possible farmer audience to attend, so we have instituted a farmer discount this year. Any farmer who derived at least 75% of his/her annual income from farming is eligible to take a $5 discount per day (Friday and/or Saturday) on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully
An $18 processing fee will be charged per person for each cancellation up to January 19. From January 19 to January 30 we will refund 50% of amount paid. No refunds will be given after January 30. Returned checks will be charged a $20 fee plus bank costs.
