Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

Our annual Farming for the Future Conference brings together over 2,000 people in the heart of Centre County. Unlike any other in the nation, our conference reaches thousands of sustainably minded individuals every year through this flag ship event. In order to offer this event we depend on the support of our sponsors.
We will begin soliciting sponsorships for our 2014 conference in September. You can review the 2013 sponsorship information packet by clicking here - please note that some details and rates may change for 2014. For more information, contact Lauren Smith, Development Director, by email or at (814) 349-9856 x2.
Will you help us continue the Farming for the Future legacy by becoming a conference sponsor?
CONFERENCE SPONSORS are a key part of our annual conference. This level of support gives your company access to our enthusiastic audience while allowing us to keep our registration rates low. Sponsor packages include a booth space in a premium location, registration and meal package(s) depending on sponsorship level, program book advertising, and widespread acknowledgement of your support.
Non-Sponsor Exhibiting is an opportunity for organizations to host a booth at the Farming for the Future Conference TradeShow without pledging a sponsorship. The non-sponsor exhibitors will be located on the upper level of the exhibitor area. All persons attending the booths for non-sponsor exhibitors will be required to register for the conference. Booth spaces are extremely limited and the cost is $500 plus registration costs.

The MarketPlace is a space for merchants to show off their crafts, products and wares. All levels of sponsors as well as non-sponsor exhibitors are welcome to set up shop in this special area. Please inquire upon making your exhibitor arrangements about how you can participate in this unique and bustling area of the conference center.
The Farmers Market Cafe provides our attendees
with a healthy, fresh and sustainably produced option for meals and snacks throughout the conference. Vendors are invited by PASA, but we welcome your interest if you think this space is a good fit for your farm or company. The space fee is based on total sales.
Program Book Advertising is a great way to reach our audience. Non-sponsors may purchase an advertisement in our program book using the sponsor pledge form.
The General Information Area serves as a forum for our attendees to peruse and share information with other conference goers. Catalogs, magazines and other publications share space with wanted posters, job openings, program advertisements and much more. Attendees may bring information for free. If materials are being shipped to PASA prior to the conference, there is a $20 stocking fee.
