Everyone agrees that an effective Business Plan would help improve their farm business, but it can be challenging to develop one, and regularly review or implement the plan you have. This series of three hands-on Business Planning “Breakout Sessions” will help you create a plan that is easy to put together and implement, in a class of supportive peers. Dr. John Golden of the Sustainable Enterprise Accelerator at Slippery Rock University will walk you through each step so you’ll be ready to complete your plan and put it into practice. These “hands on” sessions are planned to allow each participant to work each section of their plan at a comfortable pace.
This workshop, the second in the two-part series, will focus on the financial plan and marketing plan sections of your business plan.
