Business plans are essential in helping you obtain the land, equipment and other resources you will need for an economically sustainable farm. This two-hour, hands-on workshop will help you develop the basics of a written business plan for your farm--a plan that lending institutions, investors, grant-makers, and others often require. Dr. John Golden from the Sustainable Enterprise Accelerator (SEA) and the School of Business of Slippery Rock University will guide you step-by-step through the process of developing your own farm business plan.
