Thanks so much for a very enjoyable learning experience during the beef cook off. Your have reaffirmed my commitment to PASA and the efforts placed on all of us to continue producing quality grass fed meats in our individual food sheds. The beef was truly remarkable yet distinctly different. I am driven to produce and provide a quality eating experience to my local customer base. To have our steak chosen as the "Farmer's Choice" was most appreciated. It reaffirms to me that we are on the right track with our beef production protocol.
Historic Wyebrook Farm hosts a variety of activities promoting appreciation for and enjoyment of grass-fed beef.
Wyebrook opens its farm gate at 11 am and admission is free. Guests can enjoy a self-guided tour of this beautiful working farm including visiting the pigs, beef cattle, chicken, turkeys all raised on pasture in a classic Pennsylvania landscape of rolling hills that combine woods and open fields.
Taste the Difference
Wyebrook Market and Café opens at 11am - 6pm where guests can purchase lunch or snacks from a menu created by Janet Crandall, executive chef and instructor at French Culinary Institute. Meats raised at Wyebrook are available for sale in the Market along with artisan foods from other local farms. View the menu here.
Meet the Farmers and Supporters
Contestants in PASA’s 4th 100% Grass-fed Beef Cookoff will be on hand from 12:30 to 2pm. There are 11 farms from PA, NJ and NY entered in the private tasting competition. While the closed door tasting is going on, you can mingle with some related business in the Market.

At 2 pm join in the fun at the Grass-fed Beef Award Ceremony. Emcee Ted LeBow will present the Farmers Choice Award; Yellow, Red, & Blue Ribbons, and the coveted, traveling PASA Cow Trophy to the top winner.
