Be a Reporter and Earn Free Field Day Registration!
PASA is looking for Field Day reporters.  Field day summaries may be published in the Passages newsletter or on the PASA website.  Reporters receive one free registration in exchange for reporting: one event per reporter, one reporter per event. Report Guidelines will be provided prior to the event. This opportunity does not apply to Intensive Learning Programs. If you are interested, contact the Educational Outreach Team at PASA to make arrangements.

Registration Information
All field days and intensive learning programs are open to the public.  Registration is required and pre-registration is preferred. Fees vary by event and are noted with each listing. Walk-in registrations are welcome, but we do not guarantee lunch for walk-in participants.  PASA accepts cash, personal checks, money orders and Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Receipts for payment are available upon request.

Lunch
Field Day meal times are great for networking and fellowship.  Lunch details are noted in event descriptions. Only pre-registered attendees are guaranteed lunch at events catered by PASA. Walk-in registrants should plan to bring their own lunch.  Please notify PASA if you have special dietary needs.  All participants are encouraged to bring water bottles.

Cancellations and Refund Policy
Field Days
Upon request, cancellations will be refunded in full up to three days prior to the scheduled event, unless otherwise noted.  All events are held rain or shine.

Intensive Learning Programs
A great deal of preparation goes in these programs.  Materials, books and meals are ordered based on confirmed registrations. We recognize that unforeseen events sometime prohibit a registrant from attending a program. Therefore, all Intensive Learning Program cancellations will be refunded a partial registration fee up to the day before the scheduled event.  Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the scheduled event are subject to a 15% processing fee. Cancellations received between 7–14 days prior to the event will be refunded 75% of the price of the event. Cancellations received within one week of the event will be refunded at 50%, and no refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the event.  All events are held rain or shine.
