We are fortunate in the Eastern region to have within our geography the perfect ingredients for a healthy foodshed:

4. Access to population dense markets for locally grown foods

5. A rapidly expanding community of eaters, chefs, educators, policy makers, health workers, and business people who understand and support the transformative potential of local food
