Learn How Sensors can Increase Crop Yields and Decrease Costs

Chatham University students will present an information session on the benefits of using agricultural sensors to monitor crops.  Learn how monitoring things such as soil moisture, temperature, light, and electro-conductivity may have an impact on your farm operation.  This session is part of a class on Green and Social Innovations.  All are invited to join.  As part of this session, students would also like to learn from farmers in the audience where they might find value in using sensors to monitor crops.  The session is intended to be a two way discussion.
