Solair Energy Recognized as Business Partner

Regional company has been providing energy solutions since 1995

MILLHEIM, PA. December 7, 2011 - The Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA) recently recognized their newest Permanent Business Partner, Solair Energy Inc., based in Ralston, Lycoming County. The company services customers with renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable design solutions.

Owner and founder, Pam Denlinger, who has worked in the energy conservation field since 1987, created the company to provide energy conservation services for public utility programs.

Denlinger says, “People are often excited to find we are here — homegrown, local providers of renewable energy systems. I love being able to offer a two-pronged approach of reducing customers’ energy needs through state-of-the-art energy conservation, and providing renewable energy systems for them. This makes a great combination of services.”

PASA created a category of membership, the Permanent Business Partner level, for businesses and nonprofit organizations interested in establishing a long-term relationship with the organization. PASA’s commitment to protecting and preserving farmers and farmland across Pennsylvania and beyond is vital to each of their Permanent Business Partner’s business philosophies.

Being a small business owner is always a challenge but has its own rewards. Says Denlinger, “Like many PASA members, we have a missionary zeal to help people, including fellow PASA members and farmers, to make their corner of the world a more sustainable place.”
